Beginning at the stated closing time the auction software will conclude bidding with the following exception: If a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes for any lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes. How to Use Online Bidding Service: Once you are registered you will be able to input your bidder number and then place your bid in the box to the right of each item you wish to bid on. There are two boxes. One is your current bid and the other is a maximum bid. Our recommendation is to use the maximum bid box so you won’t need to worry about coming back and placing a higher bid if another buyer outbids you. To check the current bid, if you have not closed your browser window, you will need to refresh your page to get the update.
Internet winning bidders will be notified via phone and/or e-mail at the conclusion of the Online Auction. The merchandise must be picked up Wednesday, May 26, 2010 from 4:07PM to 6:07PM. Pick up location is @ Point of View Apartments in Lone Oak Apt 43 in Paducah, KY.

| Terms: | This in an online only auction. 10% buyer's Premium, KY State Sales tax 6% on all items, Robert Alexander Real Estate & Auction Co. will not pack, ship, pickup, deliver, load or supply equipment. Items must be picked up at the site by the purchaser. First step is to visit the on-site cashier and pay for your item, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not come to pick up on that day. In this instance your credit card will be charged the full amount (item price, 10% buyer's premium, and tax) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All property is sold “As Is” and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item.
2. All accounts will be settled the day of the auction. Your credit cards will be charged for you purchases if you do not come to the auction and pay, buyer’s premium and any taxes if applicable. MasterCard & Visa accepted.
3. You must have a tax certificate on file to be exempt if a Kentucky resident.
4. All bidders are required at registration to input their credit card, name, address, phone number and email address on our safe, secure server in order to be allowed to bid. Note: Everyone is required to input a credit card to insure all bidders are valid and qualified. This assures every other registered bidder that all have had to meet the same qualifications to be able to bid.
5. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any “missed” bids, any loss of Internet service or your connection. The best way to not have this worry is to put in your maximum bid, and the Bid Assistant will bid for you up to, but not to exceed, your maximum bid.
6. Having the winning Internet bid before the On-Site Live Auction does not guarantee that you will win the item. We urge bidders to put in their maximum bid during the Internet online bidding time, and the bid assistant will bid for you only if needed up to your maximum.
7. All sales are final. We do not accept returns nor allow charge backs. Kentucky laws prevail over this.
8. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over all other announcements or advertisements.
9. No warranties or guarantees implied.
10. All bids are reviewed at the conclusion of the auction. Final prices and bids will be determined at the conclusion of the auction by the auctioneer. We will notify you by phone if you are the successful bidder. |
